The coaching staff believes that while there are no secret moves, success comes to those who best understand the nuance and leverage of the sport. **Program Highlights** * **Beginner Kids (Ages 5-12):** Introduction to grappling fundamentals, tumbling, and body awareness with a focus on fun and safety. * **Intermediate & High School:** For athletes with experience looking to cement their skills and begin competing at the local level. * **Advanced High School:** High-intensity technical training for state placers and athletes traveling to regional/national tournaments. * **University/College Bound:** Specialized training exposing athletes to the physicality and pace of collegiate wrestling. * **Competition Prep:** 6-to-8 week intensive training cycles offered prior to major national events.
