**FamBam Boxing** is a family-oriented boxing gym located in **Kapolei, Hawaii**, dedicated to making fitness accessible and affordable for the West Oahu community. Founded by **Coach Joel Vallete**, a retired Army Veteran and former All-Army Boxing coach, the gym focuses on more than just physical training—it uses the sport of boxing to build confidence, discipline, and resilience in local youth. Unlike intimidating commercial gyms, FamBam Boxing fosters a supportive environment where students of all ages can feel comfortable starting their fitness journey. Their youth programs are specifically designed to teach the "sweet science" of boxing while instilling leadership skills and respect. With structured group classes and opportunities for private training, every child receives the attention they need to succeed both in and out of the ring. **Youth Programs Offered:** * **Youth Boxing (Ages 11 & Under):** A fun, high-energy introduction to boxing fundamentals like stance, footwork, and basic combinations. * **Teen Boxing (Ages 12–17):** Focused training for teenagers to develop strength, conditioning, and advanced technical skills in a positive peer environment. **Schedule:** * **Ages 11 & Under:** Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:00 PM * **Ages 12–17:** Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM **Location:** 91-1409 Wahane St, Kapolei, HI 96707 **Cost:** Drop-ins typically $25; Monthly memberships available.
