Serving the communities of Mililani, Wahiawa, and local military bases, **AYSO Region 119** is one of the largest and most established youth soccer programs on Oahu. Guided by the six core philosophies of the American Youth Soccer Organization—including *Everyone Plays*, *Balanced Teams*, and *Positive Coaching*—the region provides a safe, fun, and fair environment for over 3,000 players annually. This volunteer-driven organization emphasizes character development and good sportsmanship, ensuring that every child, regardless of experience or ability, gets significant playing time and the chance to fall in love with the game. **Program Highlights** * **Core Program (6U – 19U):** The standard seasonal league (Fall & Winter/Spring) ensuring balanced teams and guaranteed playing time. * **Playground & Schoolyard (3U – 5U):** A parent-participation introduction to soccer fundamentals in a pressure-free setting. * **AYSO United:** A competitive "club" option for advanced players who want to compete in HYSA leagues while maintaining AYSO values. * **High School Summer League:** A specialized off-season program for high school-aged players to stay sharp. * **Indoor Futsal:** A fast-paced summer indoor program played at Mililani District Park Gym.
